Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen including refrigerator, electric stove with cooker-hood, coffee maker and electric water-boiler.   All apartments have a shower cabin with WC, A/C, TV, hairdryer and can accommodate 3 to 7 people (in smaller apartments an extra bed can be added if needed).

All sunlit apartments have picturesque views of the mountainous forest as well as of sandy beach and surrounding gardens.

In addition to the relaxing atmosphere of the seaside EMI house is surrounded by a beautiful and over 30.000 square feet big Mediterranean garden with lots of seasonal flowers.  In the privacy of the garden is a playground and 2 barbecues.  EMI house also provides private parking and a ramp for the boats.
